The no power-playing/god-modding rule applies here. Kay?
So yeah, its real simple. One post is one turn, like in the game. Except here, you can use two moves at a time. But there are still rules that apply to that. Here is the list of things that you can do:
- Dodge
Move out of the way from an attack, jump away, fly away, that kind of stuff. Remember that you can only dodge three times in battle per pokemon. As soon as you've dodge three times, the attack will start hitting, unless the enemy pokemon is affected by Sand-attack, or other moves that have the same effect, the number of dodges is improved by 0.5. So yeah, it take two sand-attacks to dodge another move. - Damage
Any attack that does direct damage goes into this category. You can only do one damage attack per turn. Just one. - Non-Damage
Attacks that don't do damage. Stuff like growl, tail whip, sand-storm. Attacks like Spikes and Future sight are considered non-damage attacks because they don't do damage on that turn. - Switch Pokemon
The pokemon you switch out can't attack just yet. Your going to have to wait until the next turn to be able to attack. - Use Item
There is no limited number of times you can use an item. However, you can only use one items per turn.
If the above is still unclear. Here is a list of the things you can do within a turn. Note that you can only do one of the below per turn.
Combo List:
- Dodge & Damage - Dodge & Non-Damage - Dodge & Switch Pokemon - Damage & Switch Pokemon - Damage & Non-Damage - Damage & Switch Pokemon - Non-Damage & Non-Damage - Use Item
If you have questions about these, then you can send a PM my way, or ask around in the Support board.

Status Effects:
Poison
The pokemon gradually loses health as the battle continues. The only way to cure it of that effect, is to use an item. Confused
Confused pokemon will recover from confusion after 2 turns after getting hit by the attack. If the pokemon tries to attack, before the confusion passes, then that pokemon will hurt itself. The only way to cure it of that effect early, is to use an item, or switch out. Paralyzed
Paralyzed pokemon cannot attack for three turns, before being able again. The only way to cure it of that effect early, is to use an item. Frozen
Frozen pokemon cannot attack for three turns. The only way to cure it of that effect early, is to use an item. Or being attacked by a fire-move, although that damages the frozen pokemon as well. Burn
Burnt pokemon gradually loses health as the battle progresses. The only way to cure it of that effect , is to use an item. Or being attacked by a water or ice move, although that damages the pokemon. Attract
Only pokemon of opposite gender can be attracted to one another. For those without gender, attract does not affect them. The pokemon will not be able to attack for 2 turns. The only way to cure it of that effect early, is to switch out. Sleep
Pokemon who fall asleep, either by their own move, or an opponent's move, cannot attack for 3 turns. The only way to cure it of that effect early, is to use an item, or an attack that wakes up a pokemon. (eg. Wake-Up Slap).
Special Abilities
If a pokemon has an ability that can make them 'wake up' earlier, or cure them of their status, the turns that they cannot move is reduced by 1.
